How do I get rid of small friendly raccoon with out bothering the squirrels I have a squirrel feeder outside?

These traps are usually available at Ace Hardware or Tru-Value Hardware centers. You can also rent them too. The traps come in several sizes. You'll probably need the biggest trap.





Raccoons are very cleaver but are highly attracted to fruit, fish and bacon. I would suggest using fruit. Once you capture the raccoon, Drive a good distance to a state park and release the animal. Be careful, raccoons can carry rabies.





Note: Your local animal control can capture the raccoon too but they will probably kill the animal.
